QCAD is a free, open source application for computer aided drafting (CAD) in two dimensions (2D). With QCAD one can create technical drawings such as plans for buildings, interiors, mechanical parts or schematics and diagrams. QCAD works on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. The source code of QCAD version 3.3.2 is released under the terms of the GNU General Public License version 3 (GPLv3).
QCAD 3.3.2 comes with a new tool to perform arbitrary matrix
transformations and adds support for non-uniform scaling of arcs,
circles and ellipses.
