BIRMINGHAM, UK, Nov 20 - Delcam's PowerMILL 2014 Service Pack 2 is now available for download.
New features and enhancements in PowerMILL 2014 SP2 includes:
- Editing a Machine Tool's tool or table attach point now works correctly
- Editing smart selection on a renamed toolpath no longer causes an error message
- Routing tools are no longer missing some undercut regions
- Fixed program stability when calculating a stock model with a drilling toolpath
- Improved program reliability when raising the simulation toolbar in no gui mode
- Contact Normals parameter of an uncalculated toolpath are now correct when importing a project
- Added support for new robot licenses
- Improved program stability when using Toolpath->Edit->Set Feed Rates
- Improved machine simulation to avoid unnecessary rotation around tool axis
- Improved program stability when creating a Dovetail too
- Fix program reliability when reading projects
- Ensure tool length is correctly transferred to VERICUT
